Ingredientes
- 400g de bacalhau dessalgado e desfiado
- 400g de batata palha
- 1 cebola média picada
- 4 ovos
- 3 colheres de sopa de azeite
- Salsa fresca picada
- Azeitonas pretas
- Sal e pimenta q.b.
Modo de preparo
- Refogue a cebola no azeite até ficar translúcida.
- Adicione o bacalhau e cozinhe alguns minutos.
- Junte a batata palha e envolva.
- Acrescente os ovos batidos e mexa até ficarem cremosos.
- Tempere e finalize com salsa e azeitonas.
